Is this a dating app?
No. Covens is for finding kindred spirits, friendship, and community — never dating or hookups. The swipe is for aligning with your people, not matching for romance.
How does location work?
We only ever show approximate distance in ranges like “10–25 miles.” Your exact coordinates are never stored or shown to anyone. You can turn location off entirely and still use the app.
Who can join?
Adults 18 and older from across the pagan, witchy, neo-pagan, and broader spiritual community. Everyone is welcome — all genders, all paths.
Is it free?
Yes. The beta is free, ad-free, and has no third-party trackers. You sign in with Apple — no password to manage.
How do Coven Circles work?
Create a private circle, share its invite code, and your people join. Circles have shared chat, founder/elder/member roles, and notifications tied to the moon.
